How to express gratitude

for all the people and things that make life so rich and nourishing?

Endless gratitude to that from which arises life and vitality. The elements, the forces, ancestors, and even the solar system conspire in our favor. Even if we are not wealthy, basically all of us can experience richness in our lives. Everyone has a nuanced individual story and 'hand to play' or deck they're dealt. For my parents, my blessings, the bizarre, the uncertain, the intense, the challenging, the beautiful, for mystery, and for the good good fortune to live my life, I am grateful.
